  • What's your return/replacement policy?
    There are built to order lights and are produced only after a confirmed order hence we offer only replacement, in case there is a manufacturing defect with the light.
  • How soon do you deliver?
    Most of the lights are built to order however we keep few models in stock for emergency purpose. Please contact us to know which one are available or you can check the website with 'Add to Cart' option instead of 'Pre Order' for the specific product. Usual lead time for our products is 1 week from purchase. Some models with lot of customization with respect to body color can take 1-2 weeks from order.
  • Where is your office
    We have our Sales Office at Sharjah Industrial Area 2. Search for K1 Khansaheb Building in Google maps. Our head office is in Umm al Quwain.
  • Do you offer delivery across Middle East?
    Yes, we partner with DHL and UPS to deliver products in Middle East. You may get in touch with us to check on the delivery cost and lead time.
  • What time do you start?
    We start our work from 8.30am till 5pm
